DALLAS, Texas – May 21, 2026 — Prospanica, the Association of Hispanic MBAs and Business Professionals, welcomes attendees to the 2nd Annual Para Ella Symposium, taking place at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California on Friday, May 29, 2026. This one-day immersive experience brings together aspiring and established women leaders for a transformative journey of growth, connection, and empowerment.
Created to support and elevate mujeres across industries, the Para Ella Symposium offers a dynamic environment where participants engage in leadership development, meaningful conversations, and actionable learning designed to strengthen both personal and professional success. Through curated sessions and shared experiences, attendees gain practical tools to navigate career advancement, build confidence, and expand their leadership capacity.

This year’s symposium features two powerhouse keynote speakers whose expertise and lived experiences will inspire and equip attendees to take their next step forward.
Dr. Betty® Uribe, transformational leader, CEO, and former Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, brings decades of experience leading large-scale operations and driving organizational success. Known for her values-centered leadership and global impact, Dr. Betty® has led over $350 billion in assets and guided thousands of professionals toward meaningful growth.

Tammy Ramos, J.D., CEO of Latina Vida, leads an interactive keynote session titled “From Handshake to Opportunity: Master Your Pitch.” With more than 20 years of experience empowering first-generation professionals, Ramos will guide attendees in crafting authentic and compelling personal narratives that open doors and create lasting opportunities.
